Moe, Larry, and Curly appear briefly in this newsreel featuring Jack Dempsey "sparring" with Max Baer and Primo Carnera at an LA nightclub. The Stooges greet Carnera at the train station; this outtake footage is presumed to originate from a newsreel promoting the MGM feature film The Prizefighter and the Lady, starring Myrna Loy and Max Baer. Research continues for additional information on this previously undocumented appearance.

The Stooges are shown in character in this 1939 film at Santa Anita, as Moe and Larry try their stuff to get Curly put on a horse, using a winch and a pulley as there last resort.
